Montgomery Dragon Boat Race and Festival

The Dragons take to the water Saturday, August 26th for their 8th year here in the Capital City!
This year is our eighth, and we’re working to make it our best yet. There will be some exciting changes to this year’s Race Day as we work to enhance everyone’s experience at the Festival!
Racing Dragon Boats takes teamwork, spirit, and most importantly, coordination. Age and athletic ability aren’t factors in the success of a team; synchronization wins races! Teens as young as 16 may paddle, and our oldest crew member thus far was 82!
