Texarkana Dragon Boat Festival
For the first time, Dragon Boating is coming to Texarkana! This inaugural festival will take place on Bringle Lake and is benefiting Hands On Texarkana. The Texarkana Dragon Boat Festival will be a family-friendly event that will include local and regional teams coming together to race against each other in a series of heats.
