Gateway Dragon Boat Festival
The Festival will feature food and non-alcoholic drinks vendors, music, and activities for kids. The event is free for spectators. Come out and enjoy the day with friends and family! Team banners, team shirts, ect., are encouraged. The "Spirit Award" will take into consideration team attire, tent decoration and overall team spirit. Proceeds from the Gateway Dragon Boat Festival support Operation Family Help, a non-profit effort assisting families with medical needs not covered by health insurance.

5th International Dublin Dragon Boat Regatta

The International Dublin Dragon Boat Regatta is the show case event for the Irish Dragon Boat Association. 200m and 400m race distances in the DB22 boats over two days with a selection of competition categories including breast cancer survivor racing. This is the 4th annual event in Sunny Carolina Beach right on the Atlantic Ocean, New Hanover County, North Carolina! Please join the Island Men on September 16th and 17th for two days of activities. We will be racing on a 300m race course along the shores of the Carolina Beach Yacht Basin, a protected area of water lined with beach homes, condos, and marinas.
