Uptown Columbus Dragon Boat Festival

This is a one of a kind event in a one of kind city! Uptown Columbus is hosting the city’s 4th annual Dragon Boat Festival, featuring the Uptown Dragon Boat Race down the Chattahoochee River. On Saturday, May 7th our teams will be racing from 9 am until 5 pm. The competition will include many local corporate businesses racing against each other, as well as community groups and teams of friends and family!
Forming a team is easy! Included in your team registration is a practice session where we will show you how to paddle and race. Practices sessions and race day include all of the necessary equipment such as a boat, paddles, life vests, a drum and a steersperson/coach.
