Pan Am Sport Regatta #I

Time trials and racing to kick-off the season!
First of 2 half day sport regattas in 2014 to help paddlers and their teams monitor their progress based on time trials and no frills sprint racing. Set your sights for competitions in 2014-Italy, 2015-US Nationals, and 2017-World Championships!
Here is an opportunity for local clubs to get serious for one morning and train for the spring season as well as get a baseline on personal training including stroke technique and endurance.
1000m, 500m, and 200m sprints to test your team’s overall abilities. This is a no frills event and based on club input, we will start early with time trials for individuals and race pieces will follow.
- Time trials should conclude no later than 11 AM.
We encourage teams to bring their own tent and snacks. Treat this event as a way to critique your strengths and weaknesses-taking your Saturday practice session to the extreme!
