Carolina Beach Dragon Boat Regatta & Festival

Come enjoy the beach and compete in the 2nd annual CAROLINA BEACH DRAGON BOAT REGATTA & FESTIVAL hosted by The Island Men
You are invited to join us September 19th and 20th for our annual Dragon Boat event.  Practices take place on the afternoon of the 18th and 19th and race day is Saturday the 20th. Friday evening we will feature a great Rock and Roll Band in concert and a team introduction event. Saturday racing starts at 9AM as well as the opening of the Festival area with over 30 different artist and water sports related vendors.  Various food vendors and a Beer, Wine and Water Garden will be available both days.
The great thing about our event it is held in the center of a resort beach town and the actual race is only steps away from a great wide sandy beach and a small town which features lots of great restaurants and evening entertainment.  Come to our event and enjoy a weekend at the beach. Lots of sun, sand and fun.

Entry fees for visiting teams are only $500.00 which is going to our local charity. “Step Up for Soldiers”
