The Pamlico-Tar River Foundation is undertaking it’s 2nd annual Washington Dragon Boat Festival in conjunction with the “Smoke on the Water” Festival. Enjoy A Fun filled weekend on the water with Pigs, Dragon Boat Races, and all the other great food, activities, and entertainment at Smoke on the Water. An experience you will not want to miss.
