DESCRIPTION:Learning to rig an outrigger is a crucial skill for all outrigger paddlers. Rigging and preparing a boat for paddling requires the help of the whole crew. Often rigging is completed in high-pressure situations\, when the team has travelled to compete in outrigger regattas.
