DESCRIPTION:Dragon Boating is back in Hernando\, FL for a special St. Patty’s Day edition of the Lake Hernando Dragon Boat Festival! This bi-annual festival will take place on Lake Hernando in Citrus County. The event is now open for team registration. Teams can enter both 20-person teams and 10-person teams to compete. Entries for 10-person teams are limited\, so sign up soon before the spaces fill up! Proceeds for the event will benefit Feeding America Tampa Bay.\nForming a dragon boat team is easy! Included in your team registration is a practice session where we will show you how to paddle and race. Practices sessions and race day include all of the necessary equipment such as a boat\, paddles\, lifevests\, a drum and a steersperson/coach. Find yourself either 10 or 20 co-workers\, friends and/or family members to join you in this exciting event! \n
